When will I receive my order?

I need my order quickly. Do you have express delivery?
No, you cannot currently select express shipping during the ordering process.
Can I track my delivery?
Deliveries with free shipping can be tracked. You will receive a notification after the shipment.
An item is sold out, are you getting more?
Yes, we try to be able to offer sold out items again as soon as possible. You are welcome to pre-order the article by contacting us.
I received the wrong product. What do I do now?
Please contact us by email, we will then exchange the product for you free of charge.
Are there any shipping costs?
We do not charge any shipping costs, shipping to United States and Canada is completely free of charge.
Is there a minimum order value?
No, it does not exist. You can also buy a single product from us.

How long can I return an item?
