How can customers return products?

How do customers get a return label?
The buyer is responsible for returns. Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility in case of a buyer's change of mind, e.g. if an item does not fit, does not like the color/quality, changed their mind, ordered by mistake, bought somewhere else, etc.
The return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is returned due to our error (damaged, defective, wrongly sent item, etc.).
Are there any return fees?
If you request a return within 30 days of the delivery date, there are no return fees. Returns are free of charge for you.
What happens if the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier or otherwise defective?

In what condition or product conditions are returns accepted?
We accept unopened products in original packaging and products that have never been used. Due to customer satisfaction, we also accept products that have been slightly used or opened.
