Refund Policy
We offer a 30 day refund to any customer who is not satisfied with their purchased product. If the product is returned in acceptable condition within the policy time frame, we will process a refund "no questions asked".
Our policy is for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchased item was delivered, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days.
Delayed or missing refund credits (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to officially post. Next, contact your bank. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be sent to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to gift to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will know about your return.
